Every racing enthusiast out there has been itching for a real release from the boundaries of driving games. Get to the mini island on the western side of main island but traveling up the cliff side directly east of it (from the south of the cliff) and look for the flashing icon, then drive into at 30mph or more and it will transport you to the smaller island.
