periodically it needs to be unplugged and then plugged in at the start of a skype (for instance) web session to get the microphone to work, but that is a small inconvenience.

very handy and small ...the only one issue i have faced till now is that the microphone is not that ensitive.but i haven't used it frequently till now, so will be able to give better feedback later
