the only negative thing about this cam, and perhaps other logitech cams, is that it loads 6 processes (count them: 6!) in your computer...even when the cam is off, there are still 2-3 processes

if you have the toolbar open for the extra cool stuff, like having your image show up as sketching, etc., it uses a bit of ram & can slow down your computer.

i received my $40 rebate notice last week (took only 2 wks) but i have not received one on the quickcam for notebooks which was ordered before this one at the other large online computer retailer.
