So, when I'm watching the person I'm talking to, it actually looks like I'm looking at the camera, which makes for a friendlier video for them. The camera doesn't attach to anything, it uses magnets which work better than I expected. The software downloaded from the internet from Microsoft. It has some fun features that use face-location software that will make the mouth or nose or eyes bigger, or place 3-dimensional masks or a hats on your head -- and they actually swivel in 3-d space, too! from Amazon.com No complaints about the product itself. However the software is atrocious. After waiting on the install program for 45 minutes, I cancled and tried using the camera as a plain jane USB camera device. This means there is no way to set a specific camera angle. The USB cord actually weighs as much or more than the camera itself, so any slight touch or movement of the USB cord, and the camera angle/position changes significantly.
