Difficult installation. Unable to view audio or video from remote PC as advertised. Comment I purchased 3 of these cameras and a D-link wireless router to set up in various areas of my house as a nanny & doggy cam. I spent over 60 hours on the phone with D-link customer support trying to get cameras to work remotely (I could see them on my home PC perfectly but not on my work PC - the whole point). from Pcnation.com D-link customer service is worthless.
