We use this product daily to chat with family in other states and are very happy with it. California Grandma and Grandpa now see their new grandaughter in Germany every Sunday via the Logitech QuickCam. Installation of Quickcam and Skype was easy enough, but getting the mike and sound settings was less than easy, at least the first time around. Once setup was complete, the performance features were quite satisfactory (resolution, field of view, light sensitivity, etc.), although response time was rather slow. from Amazon.com
