I use my this product with a Presario 2100 notebook and the echo I sometimes get in the headset is annoying. We tried everything to help with the problem yet still can't identify it. The Creative Labs help said it IS the person on the other end whoneeds to adjust their sound settings, but we also tried that to no avail! I get some peace of mind from the fact that I can check on the status of something remotely with only an internet connection, and the motion detection works reasonably well. It does a few false positives here and there, probably due to changes in light coming in through the window, but they're really not that frequent. from Amazon.com Setup of the cameras was very straightforward and had them both up and working the way I wanted them to be in about 30 minutes. I had one camera trained on the front door and one on the basement door. I was able to view both cameras side-by-side with Creative's Internet Camera Center software.
