Camera works well in low light and color is good. Does not play nice with Windows Vista,,( needs a patch). from Amazon.com Good image quality and has worked well for the past 6 months. I would give it 5 stars but the reception is weak on this camera. WIFI looses connection if you are very far from your router. from Amazon.com I purchased this camera knowing that it might be a bear to setup with Vista, and it was. I was able to see an image in the middle of the night with a small flourecent light 40 feet away. Cons: Only thing I can think of, and it is not the camera's fault, is the limitations from ordinary house ISP connections: I have 2000 mbps download, but only 280 mbps upload... this last one limits the resolution and frames per second I can use for IP use; I had to adjust 256 kb/s and 10 fps max in order to avoid this upload limit, but still I was able to see what my dog was doing in the garden while I was 50 miles away at a soccer game. from Newegg.com Pros: Good video quality and frame rate over an ethernet connection. It has a built in http function allowing you to control the settings. The settings are saved on the camera. Tested with a power outage and it retains all the settings even after 15 minutes. from Newegg.com It doesnt even TRY to connect to my mail or ftp server to send the video. the logs are useless, they give no valuable information. The settings for making the camera do certain actions come with NO explanation and the wireless radio inside of it is HORRIBLE. So basically i payed $230 for a web cam because it SURE AS HECK isnt sending me any video anywhere. from Newegg.com
