My husband purchased this webcam 2 weeks ago so that faraway relatives could see our 3 year old in action. In these past 2 weeks we have had to return it 2x and now we'll be returning it for our 3rd time. from Amazon.com pros: microphone - if you can get it to work. from Shopping.com pros: easy to install and to connect thought a usb connector, cons: for me no cons against this camera. from Shopping.com focus ring works fine, color adjustments can be automatic depending on light source chosen, or manual settings for brightness, contrast, hue, etc. from Amazon.com it's basically what you pay for. from Amazon.com what good is a webcam with a built-in microphone if you can't connect the microphone?? from Amazon.com Focus ring works fine, color adjustments can be automatic depending on light source chosen, or manual settings for brightness, contrast, hue, etc. I found the auto-settings for indoor lighting and auto-settings for outdoor lighting worked fine. Have used it for live video, video capture, Yahoo-camera, and with other software. No problems, good value for money. from Amazon.com I bought this webcam at Staples for 30 dollars with a 10 dollar rebate.
