Summary: The orbit mp cam itself is very good. Installing the software is another story. from Mwave.com The nice thing about this webcam is the fact that it sits eye level and the person on the other end feels as though you are really looking them in the eyes as you use it. The two motors work very well for moving the cam to the left or to the right, or moving it up or down. from Walmart.com I bought it today, installed the software, plugged in the camera and got the blue screen. After 2 hours of work, rebooting, uninstalling, installing , blue screens, downloading new software, the customer service ended up by blaming Microsoft, even if the computer works just fine when their webcam is not connected.
