we purchased the extended warranty that sears offered as well.

we've owned this machine for a little over a year and had to have it serviced 3 times.two for faulty door gaskets and this time for "blown" bearings (their words not mine).

i can hear it running in other parts of the house.lg parts come from another country (i believe korea) so lg products are a little harder to get repaired.

we called our local lg warranty shop and they said it was a bad water pump.?
