two words of caution--make sure the sears installers leave you the drum bolts so you can stabilize the machines if you ever need to move them; and also be sure the installers set the washer & dryer

the instruction manual is practically written in german, the machine can get a little shakey at 1000 rpms, but overall it is an amazing machine so far.
i moved into an apartment that had a washer hookup, but no dryer vent, and this is exactly what i needed.
i had to assume what i had to so because the instructions were not clearly written.
the control panel is easy to read and easy to figure out how to program, the installation doesn't need any professional help and the washing job is super too!

pros: dry time, style, features, quality, price, installation, & efficient cons: drum size small, but larger than many "all-in-ones".
also, i understand that this would not be a good choice for a second floor installation because it really does require a sturdy floor in order to perform quietly, as intended.
i do have it installed in a 1st floor laundry room and there is no problem with the sound.
