As a person that has purchased top loaders only, I decided to make the switch to a front loader and can never imagine switching back. This machine is incredibly quiet, and cleans better than I could have imagined using so little water. I've always known that Maytag was a quality name, and this machine looks and cleans like it cost more that what I paid.
