How this company stays in business is beyond me, far beyond. Our never-very-reliable-they-came-with-the-house washer and dryer finally collapsed under the weight of our laundry, it was time for a new set. My wife researched every option on the net, from Kenmore to a washboard and tub, before deciding on the Duet series by Whirlpool.
