Our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner! It is amazing. Even our plumber, after he installed it, said "This is a beautiful machine!" --- and believe me, he has seen quite a few washers in his day. It truly does remove stains! Since it is a front loader and energy efficient, then you MUST use HE liquid. It DOES take a bit longer to wash and dry your clothes, however you simply dump your dirty laundry and forget about it. from Amazon.com I have actually just one pants that is made of rough thick cotton and it's the only one that is clearly more wrinkled compared to using a separate (air) dryer. However, we found already ways to minimize it and that is to use the post-wash tumbling option (you can choose to let the machine tumble intermittendly when it's all done, to prevent wrinkling).
