pros: cleans king comforters better than front loader, cleans delicates, used tap water, quiet, looks good from Shopping.com I am surprised by the negative review by the other gentleman. My wife and I bought this washer two years ago because we wanted a high-efficiency machine but the front-loaders were too deep to fit in our tiny laundry room. We have had no problem with this machine. from Amazon.com I can't say STAY AWAY FROM MAYTAG enough! I bought a top loader to save money but spent extra to get a Maytag, which I thought was the best of the best.
