I purchased this portable washer back in Nov. 2006. from Homedepot.com THIS LITTLE MACHINE IS A TRUE GEM :) MY MOTHER-N-LAW BOUGHT ME A 220 VOLT WASHER & DRYER & UPON DELIVER I FOUND OUT THAT MY APT COULDNT SUPPLY THAT MUCH POWER... SO I HAD TO SETTLE FOR THIS ONE. from Homedepot.com I live in an apartment so wanted something that rolled to the sink this washer is awesome it' holds a king size comforter and washes with such ease. I love it and am happy I purchased it I thought the price was a little high but not after I used it. from Homedepot.com

Cons: too many automatic settings requiring override; plastics, components have strong gas-off; Made overseas; expensive

The Bottom Line: This machine has strong reeks (toxic for me) and complicated electronics, but if not a concern for you - probably the better of two sink-hookup portables on the market
