If you are lucky enough to find someone to come to you home you have to pay and pay and pay. PLEASE EVERYONE READING THIS SAVE MONEY DON'T PURCHASE THIS MACHINE. Because of this machine I will never purchase another Haier product. This product should be taken off the market. from Target.com I absolutely regret buying this product, and if I could return it after less than a month of ownership (didn't buy at Target), I would. I adored the all-in-one LG that came in my last apartment, so when I moved, it seemed logical to buy one. Short on cash, I found the Haier washer/dryer combo. After TWO loads, it stopped drying. from Target.com I returned it for a refund. Two thumbs down on this one! I then purchased a Haier compact washer and although I wish I'd gotten the larger capacity unit, I find that it really does a great job for tiny loads. The long signal to notify of the load being finished is annoying, (it plays "Jingle Bells") but other than that is easy to use & you need very little soap. from Target.com This is without a doubt the WORST appliance I have ever purchased...& I purchase a lot! I have had 4 units in two years, because no one can/will repair them. I have lost so much time contacting Haier, getting the run-around, waiting for replacements, paying to get them installed, etc. I am replacing with another brand & I will NEVER buy a Haier anything EVER AGAIN! from Target.com I bought two of these machines for my mother and aunt in May 2003. One never worked, and the other broke down after two weeks of use. I have spent hours on the phone with the Haier company, and with so called repair companies trying to get this thing fixed and so far, we have two pieces of junk and nothing else except we are out about 2 grand. I have yet to hear back from the company. Haier America refuses to call me back about replacing the unit or repairing it.
