Here are my comments:- the tub is large- normal wash cycle is about 45 minutes- clean clothes (to be expected!)- clothes from Homedepot.com I always liked the brand and this machine does a great work on the clothes from Bestbuy.com it is quiet, doesn't "walk" (even on my hardwood floor), has extra rinse capability and extra large tub (which is important as my young daughter goes through a ton of clothes). from Homedepot.com My washer was delivered this morning and I just did my first from Homedepot.com socks and other small or stringy items and use he detergent. from Bestbuy.com "i bought the duet (both washer and dryer) on the recommendation of an appliance repairman, who said it's the most reliable of the front-loaders and the easiest to repair. from Bestbuy.com to wash small wrags together in a little tie bag thing. from Bestbuy.com i now have a washer that uses less water, has less vibration, cleans better (in my opinion) and i can now wash my king-size comforters at home. from Bestbuy.com clothes also come out with less water on them, so drying time is reduced. from Bestbuy.com saves water/energy/time! from Ajmadison.com
