i recommend this iron, as it is so easy to make. from Target.com the unit is very easy to operate ,about 10 minute trial and error time and i was in production from Morekitchenappliances.com and it had the most beautiful flower pattern/waffle weave. from Amazon.com it was less than 90 seconds to toss all the stuff into one big bowl in the sink, fill with hot water & dawn, and microfiber damp cloth the press (after it was cool) and wash the spoons and the bowl. from Amazon.com i timed the clean up, too. from Amazon.com Great pizzelle maker.
