For example, if you record in stereo, it will not download the WAV file when you download the file, nor can you convert it to mono.

To save space, I use the middle setting, HQ (36 kbps, 44 kHz, mono), which is more than adequate for my needs (and gives me 17 hours recording time for its 256MB).
