This device needs a little getting used to, but once I figured out the features, it has been great. I didn't have the manual or PC link software, so got that from RCA website (I googled "rca rp5120," and it got me there after a couple of clicks). I downloaded the instruction manual and PC software. from Amazon.com So, far I love the memory space from my previous recorder.256MB compared to 64MB just operates a little differently. Reading the tiny screen, even with a magnifying glass, is just about impossible for me. This is, of course, a problem which is not unique to the 5120. It seems that in competition for sales, ALL manufacturers seem to think that tinier is better. from Amazon.com the recorder itself is tiny, about the size of an ipod nano, but about twice the width, making it easy to carry in a pocket if necessary. from Amazon.com the product is easy to use and is very reasonably priced. from Amazon.com audio quality is good enough and i'm sure the fast forward and things like that could be better, but for the price and a basic unit that works, i like it. from Amazon.com the sound quality is as good as one could expect from any voice recorder; anything better would be rather remarkable. from Amazon.com voice clarity is very good. from Amazon.com fits into my pocket nice. from Amazon.com easy to use but you do need to read instructions from Amazon.com
