Pros: Versatile, compact, fairly easy to use for main functions, very good software. The software can be a little confusing at first but as with anything you have to really take the time to read all of the little warning windows that might pop up on the dragon program. You have to also be careful when deleting recordings on the computer. from Circuitcity.com I discovered after working with the recorder that Sony didn't bundle the complete Dargon Naturally Speaking 9 , and left out the ability to transcribe directly to computer word and email files, which in included usually.
