it is a way to have family time, a social networking device, it is a news and weather outlet as well as a way to get some exercise and have a pretty good time playing video games.

this game as i stated is fantastic i have so much fun playing this game it is just unreal.and if your not fond of exercise here you go fun and exciting all in one.

in defense of the wii, unlike both systems it has a better remote that can be used for great gaming and exercise as well as more excercise by real-life sports and fitness games by emulating on-screen

these exercises are excellent for challenging the mind in a culture where we too often sit and let information happen to us.

i like that they are getting a little exercise indoors (since there's a foot of snow outside), and learning better rhythm and coordination.

a great way to let my kids have fun and exercise and i can get in the fun, too!
