I wanted a simple 'puzzle' handheld game that didn't involve rapid finger and thumb movement because I'm simply too old for kid's games. This is a kid's game and nothing I read in advance prepared me for that. Apparently all the reviews are written by youngsters who love to wail at the keys before losing to a relentless clock.
Finally I got a Game Boy SP again! Previously I had a NES Classic edition but it got jacked by the workers who installed the wood flooring for my home a few years ago.

Good game system exactly like the game boy color system only more modernized and higher technology and it folds and has a back light and rechargable battery pack to just plug into the wall cool game system though it plays the old school game boy games, game boy color games, and the game boy advance games defently excellent game system.
Not sure if I was a victim of some online "phishing" or what, but I did not order this item, and have not heard back from the seller in regards to it. Also, the item was not PEARL blue like the picture indicates. It is a dark blue.
The people at Nintendo do one thing great and that is gaming. Whether it's the Gameboy, DS, or the Wii they just do it right.
My 5-year old daughter has this and she never puts it down other than to charge it. Her favorite color is pink so this pearl pink color was great for her. This is a great beginners game system.
better! obviously- but if you are looking for something cheaper you should get this!! this plays old gameboy-gameboy color-advanced and... thats all- but thats good!
The gameboy advanced is very popular in our house of 4 kids ranging in age from 5 to 11. I myself own the sp and we have a gameboy micro that belongs to my 9 yr old.
