the box it came in is very gift worthy - not the big ugly corrugated box, the inner box.
the 3000 is better to clean all that ugly mold and mildew in the shower and brings back the original grout color to the floor.

positive's + cordless + rolls easily and very manueverable + somewhat stylish + picks up hair and dustballs negative's - doesn't pick up small particles such as small pebbles in tile grout lines
the design of the kruz is attractive and it moves easily getting into spaces other vacuums can't reach.
(unlike when the so called "pros" come in and run over each path once and it looks good for a day or two - only for old spots to later resurface...)
x i also clean the machines removable parts every other use so it looks good (dog hair!) and doesn't get full of clog causing junk.
the unit still has a lot of plastic parts, and plastic has a way of breaking over time, but the plastic is light and attractive and i am hopeful that with careful use, none of the plastic will break.
