i was very concerned when i read some of the negative reviews on amazon so today i tried every attachment to make sure it works as i don't plan on replacing this vacuum for at least 10 years.

so i won't go into how great it is - i will however give a tip on getting it under standard kitchen and bathroom cabinets without having to change to the 'hard floor' head or use the hand tool.

all the attachments were sealed, and it didn't look as if the vacuum itself had ever been taken out of the box (no scuffs, scratches, etc.) i set it up right away and went to town on what i thought

bad points: cost, the wand is a pain at times (too long in my cramped house), attachments feel cheap and don't always stay on (same as with other vacuums), it looks like some parts will break easily,
