Although the vacuum worked well - the belt broke after 5 uses. After ordering replacement belts in August (you cannot find them in any store - you have to send away for them) I finally recieve the belts in mid-November (THREE MONTHS later - and this was only after numberous phone calls to the factory). from Target.com I have had my Euro-Pro Shark Cyclonic Bagless Handheld Vacuum for a year or so and love it.
