the only reason i give this vacuum 4 rather than 5 stars is because it's heavy and somewhat difficult to balance when carrying it up and down stairs , but other than that, it's terrific!!

offer an extension hose for it because it's a pain lugging it up the stairs although it is not as heavy as some vacuums that i have owned.note to buyer: don't suck up drywall dust with this vacuum.

granted it does not have a dirt sensor like hoover to tell you to stop, but if you have a child, everyday is vacuum day at least 2x.
