I have had nothing but trouble since I bought this vacuum. It does not meet the high standard Miele has previously met. from Amazon.com Spent good money to put high end Berber carpet in the house with persian carpets in the main formal area, then found out the challenges of having a single machine manage the cleaning without ruining the investment! The rollers that spin to create the air fow can catch the loops! I looked at lots of options from Simplicity to Dyson and the Miele 7280 was the Lexus of them all. One boundary condition for us was an upright. from Amazon.com
