After spending money on the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser and wishing I hadn't, I bought the Miele Cat & Dog. Yes, it's a lot of money, but it's totally worth it. from Amazon.com After the frustration of going through several vacuum cleaners, I decided to stop spending $100 every 6 months for junkers and spend 8 times as much for the German Mercedes. I was surprised at how small it was, but that's actually a plus for me. I was also surprised at the apparent sturdiness of everything; it's not your typical modern vacuum.
