You will not get that here... This vacuum is wonderful!!! I was totally happy with my older upright before I purchased the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser.. This new Eureka Pet Lover vac is the best vacuum I have ever used....literally picks up everything. THe attachments are way better than the Bissell. So to all those reading reviews.... from Bestbuy.com We use the pet turbo tool to clean the stairs after our Shetland sheepdog and my daughter's cat are done romping through the house. This tool picks up pet hair and dander that are deep in the carpet, so our 7-year old carpet looks a little newer and a lot cleaner. Other attachments work equally well, with no loss of suction--something I would have expected from a more expensive upright. When that happens it makes so big of a mess that you actually need another vacuum to clean this one out (my cheap disposable one that doesn't clog). The Bissell has a "cute" way of making it seem like the detachable/portable portion of the vacuum makes it better or worth the retail price but it just isn't worth spending a $100 more than your average vacuum.
