What's great about it:?Great at sucking up water! What's not so great:?Doesn't clean the floor! "Unfortunately, this is one of those cases where the newer model does not stand up to the fine reputation built by the older models.

What's great about it:?everything What's not so great:?A little heavy "Being a Cat Rescue Sanctuary, I always have between 9 and 15 cats and kittens in my home, with some being disabled. This product saved my marriage, my time, my money and my health. I use it everyday on all my floors because my "babies" are always having some sort of accidents. This machine is so easy to use - just plug it in and go!

The dry vac suction is so weak that I had to keep the cleaner over pieces of dirt (cereal flake) at least thirty seconds. All it did was move the dirt around the floor.

In the past, I was able to take home the best commercial carpet and hard floor cleaning equipment available.

I am so glad I did!!!!I will be recommending this to all my friends who have hardwood and tile floors!
