After reading some of the reviews I almost didn't try the cleaner. I decided to try it and I am glad I did. from Overstock.com Bought this item and liked the way it cleaned. However, after using it two times, I couldn't get the top off again. from Overstock.com Do not store this product with any water inside the canister. DO NOT recap when you store it. from Overstock.com First, not all the parts came with the product. We had to call the manufacturer directly and wait 2-4 weeks to get the missing pieces. from Overstock.com for the size of the cleaner it does a good job. it's light weight and easy operation are good for uqick sppot cleaning on floors and furniture from Overstock.com heats up well. I enjoy using it. from Overstock.com I bought this cleaner/steamer for my husband to use to clean his car, bbq grill and other home maintentance jobs. It works very nicely on normal chores, but the water tank is not large enough for large jobs. from Overstock.com I currently have 2 large resevoir steamers and this smaller steamer. Owned one of these before but lent it out to a friend who broke it. from Overstock.com GOT A NEW ONE BACK IN ABOUT A WEEK. I USED IT TWICE SO FAR AND I LOVE IT !!!!!!!!
