I am here to tell you that it is not worth the trouble to buy this on-line. I purchased this vacuum and it came to me from GoVacuum and they shipped to me twice damaged! from Amazon.com This is our 2nd Bissell turbo upright. Both of them ended up having the hieght adjustment knob detent spring strip. from Amazon.com I've had this vacuum for the past yr & I do love it...but i cant give it 5 stars because the thing is heavy to lift over things like stairs. I've had an Eureka for many years with variable results with it. This time I did a little more research & picked the Total Floors because I have rugs and tile in my house and i wanted something to pick up stuff on both. from Amazon.com This vacuum worked okay, but always left things behind after the first pass, for a while.
