What's great about it:?I LOVED THE PRICE ---VERY LIGHT----EASY NAVIGATION What's not so great:?SHORT CORD --SHORT HOSE "I LOVE THIS VACUUM ------I LEAVE THIS ONE DOWNSTAIRS. I AM GOING TO PURCHASE A 2ND FOR THE UPSTAIRS IF THE STORE CAN KEEP 1 ON THE SHELF. I ALSO HAVE AN ORECK THAT I LOVE (ALOT QUIETER) I VACUUM SOMETIMES EVERYDAY, I HAVE 7 CATS AND THEY ARE ALL SHEDDING RIGHT NOW. from Bestbuy.com It worked so well for my father, I purchased a 2nd one for myself 6 months ago. It has very strong suction and enough features to do most jobs. I also have the highly rated Eureka Boss, but prefer this Hoover for most jobs due to it's easy operation and maneuverability. I should add that the cover for the bag was defective on a unit I bought and returned - it didn't snap shut which has been described by others as a problem with this machine. from Bestbuy.com Purchased this item with little expectation because of the price. To my amazement this machine has performed better than vacuums that I have paid 4 times the price for. My first vacuum was a Hoover that I purchased 23 years ago, metal construction $265 a lot of money for a 22 year old kid.
