Pros: If it's working, it cleans very well, and is fairly easy to use. Cons: I have never been so dissatisfied with a customer service department. The Bottom Line: Not only would I neither buy or recommend a Scooba, I wouldn't consider any of their products. I'll wait for a competitor to lauch a robot line. from Shopping.com Pros: When this unit works, it works WELL. Cons: Possible pump problems with the 5900 model.
