I love this floormate. A friend of mine who told me about it said it was the best.....and it is. from Target.com I can't say enought about this product. I have tried multiple cleaners in my home, my home is mostly all tiled with hard wood floors in my bedrooms, it has passed my test, it cleans and dries all in one step, my floors are shiny and clean in no time, my husband recommends this to all of his customers since he intalls tile flooring. Great job hoover!!! from Target.com I bought this for our new house and was so excited to use it on our tile floors. The excitment ended within the first 5 minutes of use, due to having to refill the soap container. from Target.com I love this machine. It is more than what I had expected and so very happy that I got it. Everyone should own one. from Hsn.com I put clean solution in the top tank & started to dry vac before washing as recommended. I was only using the dry vac for less than 1 min & it stopped. Customer service told me that I could not have a full tank of clean solution while using the dry vac. I emptied all my clean solution to try dry vac and it still did not work. from Hsn.com So I use it as a wet vacuum only. Just replaced the filter. CONS: Noisy, hard to clean, stops suctioning sometimes (noise difference) and you have to empty the waste pail.
