and my only suggesstion to bissell would be to improve the trigger by adding a catch to keep the trigger button in for constant steam, otherwise it's wonderful.

and know that the bad stuff is getting killed by the steam-especially nice since i have a puppy that has accidents and two kids that love sliding around on the floor now that it's not carpet anymore.
