Pros: very quiet, great suction, nice looking Cons: no light, hose doesn't pivot, not self propelled The Bottom Line: This is a nice vacuum if you are looking for something quiet with great suction.? However, this would not be my first choice in vacuums. Review: My mother in law loves her Bosch Canister Vacuum so much that she bought one for all of us. After getting the unit open it was obvious little plastic supports that hold the retracting reel together were sheared off, that resulted in the cable turning into a rats nest. We loved the way the Bosch worked, the quietness and the ease of vacuuming. Tends to fly off, or get mis-oriented when you bump around furniture or lean it up against a wall for a minute. Based on the quality of our Bosch dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, Bosch could certainly do better on the floor brush, sheer laziness on this.
