Best USB and Firewire Hubs for Bluetooth

i like the fact they can be powered (for quicker charging of devices like my cell phone, ipod, and bluetooth earphone) or run passively off the computer's usb port.

actually i also use the hub as a power supplier when recharging my bluetooth headset.

i connected this as the main hub for direct use items like printers and external hard drives, and use my previous hub as the secondary for gps, bluetooth, flash drives, etc.

after months of having to swap cables whenever i wanted to update my ipod, get images off of my camera or even transfer ringtones via bluetooth, i finally bought this hub.

consnone additional thoughtsif you don't have bluetooth then you will need additionaal usb ports and this is the way to go for added expansion of other devices.i have a number of belkin devices and

i already have a bluetooth usb adapter and a usb mouse plugged into other laptop usb ports so i am limited as to how many usb devices i can plug in to my laptop.

i use the 3 front slots for easy access usb devices - camera, bluetooth dongle, etc.

if you buy two, you can stack them neatly and you end up with 4 top ports (good for thumb drives, bluetooth adaptors, and other 'sticks') and 9 rear ports (you lose one when you daisy chain).

i have a camera, a bluetooth link, a printer, a backup drive, a palm sych cable, a wireless mouse connector, and a neat receipts scanner inserted in the drive and all work easily.

this one provides reliable power to the other devices - logitech and philips webcams, card reader, bluetooth adapter, blackberry, bluetooth headset.

i bought this belkin hub about a year ago to use for my 2 external hard drives, printer, wireless usb receiver, usb bluetooth receiver, usb keyboard & mouse, and usb gamepad controller.
