Best USB and Firewire Hubs for Heat

the hub really does draw the heat from the laptop and have used it many hours.

it solves the two main problems my laptop has: not enough usb ports and too much heat.

my computer ends up running more efficiently because it doesnt work as hard to reduce the heat.

it use to get very hot, hot enough that i could feel lots of heat on the bottom side of a inch desk top.

does not heat up.

i've had all kinds of heat issues and resultant reliability problems with the 4-port belkins and other usb 2.0 hubs i have bought at staples.

i mounted mine with some double back tape inside the "computer cabinet" of my desk where my desktop stands and no over heating issues have occurred.

despite the list of weapons listed on the box, you really only use 1 (the heatseeking missles).

no extra heat, no batteries or other cables to power it.

at first, i was worried that my mouse would be laggy but it wasn't and i was worried about the heat from so many plug-ins, but at most it gets warm.

so the over heating problem for my laptop has been solved which means the battery lasts as long as it should now.

no heating problems because i've not found that the hub gets warm, even when powered.

i've had no issues with heat as some people have complained about.
