the only one under $150 with the features i wanted was the cyber systems cp1350avrlcd. from Buy.com and cyberpower warrants their batteries for 3 years along with the rest of the unit, so you're covered! from Buy.com it predicted 18 minutes runtime prior to power loss, it reduced to 8 minutes as soon as the batteries kicked in and ticked down normally from 8 minutes. from Newegg.com i had an older cyberpower unit for nearly six years before the batteries died, and it also did a great job, so considering my computer is on 10 to 16 hours a day i think cyberpower deserved my repeat from Amazon.com other thoughts: supporting 2 low-end pc's (each: 17" crt, 2ghzp4, ~350 psu), one has 3 hdd's and an ati x1950 in it also. from Newegg.com did you complain about how your pc has a light on it? from Newegg.com the unit takes two batteries so be prepared when replacing them that it will be about $40-50. from Newegg.com other thoughts: i needed 3 of these for 2 pcs and for the network (router, switch, and nas) for a home biz. from Newegg.com we have been hit with two big storms and not one peep from my pcs for the power surges/dims i noticed in the ceiling lites. from Newegg.com * researched replacement battery costs (there are 2) and each costs about a third less than the batteries for the cp1500avrlcd (which also has 2). from Newegg.com
