overall, it's a great ups and comes with many more features and higher capacity than other upses in its price range. from Buy.com the lcd status panel provides you with information on load, battery capacity, number of minutes of battery power available, output and input voltage. from Buy.com the other 4 are just surge protected.other thoughts: i have 2 crt monitors and 2 pcs, a modem and a router hooked into it and i get about 14 min of power. from Newegg.com it had enough electrical plugs to plug in all my main equipment including pc, monitor, speakers, etc. from Newegg.com it says desktop pc + 21 inch monitor will run for 48 minutes. from Newegg.com it keeps my desk lit, both pc's running, and all my dekslamps on for over 30 minutes. from Newegg.com other thoughts: i have 2 crt monitors and 2 pcs, a modem and a router hooked into it and i get about 14 min of power. from Newegg.com besides having an easy to read lcd panel for status, it has a usb port that your windows/mac pc can use to monitor from and a standard rs-232 serial port that your solaris/linux/bsd/whatever computer from Newegg.com i finally received 2 batteries under warranty, but it took 30 days, 3 of the weeks no reply at all, no problems with my email or spam boxes or my phone or message machine here, cyberpower flat out from Newegg.com the shutdown software it comes with is not configurable, except for a small range of run times on batteries, there's no way to specify voltage levels or conditioning of power. from Newegg.com
