the only minor complaint (and it was dealt with) is that my large slr camera was too heavy for the joints and they couldn't support it.

actually it's a really useful photography tool, basically a short tripod that has flexible legs with lots of little joints that can wrap around things and hold onto a wide variety of surfaces.

this is not the cheap "bendy" wire type tripod, but rather has ball and socket joints all the way down, which means it does not get stiff or "cold worked" over time.

it works beautifully for lighter weight cameras, but the ball joint that attaches to the camera wasn't stiff enough to support the weight of the larger slr digital cameras.

the only complain i have is that the camera joint seems to be a little weak and sometimes it cannot keep straight the camera (it tilts either to the left or right).
