This camera grip handle thing is awesome. I am using this with the Vado HD and it works really well. from Amazon.com I found the grip a tad to small for my hand, and mounted on the Olympus SP560UZ did NOT work as the mounting screw was not long enough for the threads to grib the camera body sufficently - so the threads in the camera stripped out - camera's fault I guess. Removes with just a couple of twitsts of the mounting screw. Has a tripod screw mount in it's bottom. The worst feature is at the top of the grip where the tread screws in to the camera. I am using this with the Vado HD and it works really well. from Amazon.com Strapped to my Sony HC62 with a fish eye lens on the camera it made the camcorder setup look like an old 8mm camcorder which I did not realize until someone came over to ask me about my camera when I was out filming and they thought I was using 8mm. Never the less, it fits all my cameras so far just fine. The handle can be attached to to a tripod so you don't have to take it off to use a tripod for a moment and it fits my hand comfortably. Again, I don't use it all the time but when I do, its nice to have. from Amazon.com
