We got this as a Christmas gift for our 5y/o son. I know it's strange, but it's what he'd been asking for for nearly 6 mos! (He actually just wanted a 3 slotted toaster, but we WOWed him with an extra slot, hahah!!) He likes to make his own toaster pancakes every morning, and with his "handy dandy 4 slotted toaster" he can make all three in the pack all at once. It works well, and my 5 y/o is very happy with it. from Amazon.com I fought it for a long time but, last weekend, I finally bought a toaster. For more than four years, my husband and I were rendered toasterless after I nearly defenestrated our old toaster in a rage over crumbs. from Absolutehome.com
