I purchased this toaster because it's one of the nicest looking ones around. The downside is the 4 slice model is defective. from Amazon.com this is a smart toaster giving plenty of room for bagels, larger pieces of bread, etc.... from Homedepot.com i really like this toaster because i can toast bread, croissant, bagel, and english muffin. from Homedepot.com i can toast any size bread,bagle or english muffin to whatever shade i like,dark or lite or inbetween. from Homedepot.com love the countdown timers. from Shopping.com bagel function works great. from Shopping.com sleek look goes well in my kitchen. from Buy.com delivey service was fast. from Buy.com I was very surprised at how this product performed.
