I am extremely pleased with this toaster. It looks great and it does not take up as much counter space as my other 4 slice toaster. Operational guides are smooth and instructional nobes are easy to use and see.
My husband got this toaster for me last Christmas and it is by far THE BEST TOASTER ever. Read the instructions and you can make perfect toast, pastries, whatever. The only way to screw it up is "operator error". I'm planning on buying this for my sister because I'm so pleased with it. You can't go wrong with this toaster. So far I've had it almost a year and it still toasts perfectly. A+, FIVE STARS. LOVE IT!
I bought the toaster about two years ago when my 10+ year old toaster finally broke. It has nice features, looks good, but unfortunately it toasts very slowly. I'm unsure if this is a feature of all of the newer toasters or just this model. I saw this model one used at a hotel and that one was just as slow.
I just bought this toaster and have used it for about 3 weeks now. Just long enough to know that I just love it! It looks so pretty in my kitchen the stainless steel look. It also works wonderfully. One thing that I really like is that it has the pull out little drawer on the bottom of both sides. Makes it easy to just pull out and empty the crumbs. Stays so clean. Looks very modern. Good price for this item also. I think if anyone is looking for a 4 slice toaster this is it. You also have room for bagels.
I bought this toaster about a year ago. We are a family of 4 and needed to upgrade to a 4-slicer. It has been GREAT! I agree that it is a bit bulky so make sure you have a good corner to tuck it in. It looks great and works marvelously! You definitely get a great toaster for your money!

This is a nice toaster. It's simple to use, other than the bagel thing. It is a bit bulky and takes up quite a bit of counter space.
This toaster has that great retro look and feel and looks great with my other stainless appliances. First time cooking bagels, I realized that the bagels must be turned out instead of in (unlike any other toaster I have ever used). After several burnt pieces of toast, I realized that the lighter/darker dials are reversed, meaning if you put it on lightest setting, you will get burnt toast. Once I figured it out, it didn't really matter. I'm pretty happy that I bought this toaster because it toasts evenly. It's hard to find a good 4 slice toaster, I know because this is my third attempt.
I love this toaster! It is beautiful and works perfectly. I toast large bagels and very thin English muffins and they both turn out wonderfully without burning (or burning my fingers trying to get them out).
I got this toaster as a gift for my Mom for Mother's Day this year, and now I want one for myself. It makes toast perfectly and can handle bagels and frozen products such as strudel and ect. with ease. I plan on buying one for myself!
