i've had this item for almost 3 months.after having used toaster ovens for years, this one is a disappointment!i loved the roomy interior for baking [8x8 pan] but the toaster setting is stupid.no way
i wanted an affordable toaster oven that i could use for simple things like frozen waffles, bagels, bread, and the occasional reheated item like pizza, ect.
i've toasted bagels and taco shells too.
this is a great toaster, and it saves a lot of time and energy with the slots being wide enough to even put hamburger buns in it to toast for burgers with the "bagel" button so it just toasts the one
it has a cancel button, reheat, bagels fit fine too.
she enjoys toasting her day-old panera bread bagels and has taken my advice to spread cream cheese on them afterwards.
the bagle/english muffin setting 9is a good idea (turning off the middle heat so that only one side gets toasted
i know this because the day after christmas, i made myself some toast for breakfast...
the slots are wide to fit bagels.it is easy to clean(the bootom opens to remove crumbs)

i have to put it on the halfway setting to lightly toast a pop-tart...
well, i had the single one but this toaster's setting needs to be on the darkest setting to slightly brown eggo's and toast.
we still use the other side for toast and bagels, but it cannot be used for waffles or pop tarts.
strengths: wide slots weaknesses: broke quickly, can't toast waffles summary: the unit worked great for about 6 months.

i imagine it might be a fine toaster for large items such as bagels, but, despite the brand name (complete with kellog pop-tart font) setting just for pop tarts - this toaster is not made correctly
i purchased this toaster to use at the office for toasting my breakfast bagel.
i bought this toaster because the bagel setting, it has never worked!
we have this toaster in the kitchen at work, and recently, i've taken to bringing in a box of pop-tarts to munch on.
the pop-tart setting is useless.
if you love toasted bagels, this is the toaster for you!
be aware though that i used to use a toaster oven and that takes much longer to toast a bagel than this does.
pros: it looks nice, and can hold real fat bagels or english muffins.
with nearly half the heating elements of other toasters (including cheaper versions) this toaster takes 5 minutes to toast bread, 9 minutes to toast a bagel, and i am not brave enough to stick around
works fine for toast and bagels.
my husband picked this out for the pop tart feature, and that is the worst part of the machine.
they last about 2 years but they look good and cook 4 slices and bagels with ease.
cons: doesn't toast bagel sufficiently

pros: made for pop tarts brand pop tarts!
almost everything except bagels slips through, the crumbs just about start a fire (once, smoke was coming out), and it burns anything and everything to a crisp.
